About this museum and its collection

In het museum ‘on the farm’ visitors discover two-thousand years of agricultural history in Fryslân. The museum shows how country folk lived and worked in various periods - the age of mound settlements, the Middle Ages, the years around 1870 and interwar and postwar years.
